Coach Ayala
My name is Alejandro Ayala and I was born in Denver, CO and have lived here my whole life. I’ve trained as a fighter throughout Colorado as well as have traveled across the world to train, and have trained locally in many places. Fought amateur and professionally. I’ve experienced so many different things and places, and the most valuable things I came across, was a place to train and people who wanted to help others succeed.
I have 15+ years of experience in combat sports, competing and coaching in MMA, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing.

Smash
A fast-paced, small group class with multiple stations designed to get your heart pumping and stress out. Ideal for those with limited time, this 20-minute session focuses on intense cardio and aggression release in a safe, structured environment.
Private Training

Work one-on-one with an experienced instructor who will customize each session to meet your needs—whether it’s refining your punch, kick, or defense, or providing a full-body workout. With personal coaching, mitt work, and detailed feedback, you’ll get the focused training and support you need to progress faster and more effectively. Bag Class
Our 45-minute Boxing or Kickboxing Class combines powerful strikes with dynamic footwork and high-energy drills to deliver a full-body workout. You’ll learn and practice a variety of techniques, including punches, kicks, and defensive moves, all while improving your strength, agility, and coordination. This class is perfect for those looking to build confidence, burn calories, and enhance their overall fitness in an engaging and challenging environment.

Want your own time to hit a bag? Open gym times allow you to come and get your workout in, without a class format or need to follow along.
Mitts & Drills
30 minutes of high-energy training where you’ll partner up to work on boxing or kickboxing techniques. Whether with a partner or in a small group, you’ll sharpen your skills on the mitts, improving your technique, coordination, and endurance.
Boot Camp
An intense circuit-based boot camp where you’ll rotate through stations, each offering a different challenge. With the timer on, you'll push your limits, choosing your own weights at each station for a personalized workout experience. Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and conquer!
